What is The Perfumery?

The Perfumery is a ProTools based studio facility, where radio programmes are recorded, edited, mixed and mastered. In addition to my editing skills I also can compose soundtracks or themes, and create sound effects. Since my first job for BBC radio, I have realised that this is the field I really want to continue working in. My "pop" experience has given me the ability to work fast. Some programmes I have been involved have won awards. Audio books are also produced at the Perfumery, and visitors have included people such as Saeed Jaffery, Derek Jacobi, Simon Callow, Anthony Sher, Stephen Berkoff, Robert Lindsey, Paul Merton, Julian Clary and Jonathan Miller.
